Good luck returning this item! I contacted the seller on delivery day. I purchased the headset to work from home but the administrator disabled bluetooth on the work computer so I can't use it. You can't print the Canada Post label. You're invited to call or chat with the seller who says that this item is not elligible for returns and you're directed to contact the manufacturer.

UPDATE: The manufacturer said that the seller is in no way afiliated with JABRA and they wouldn't refund either. They advised me to report the seller to Amazon, which i did. Emails were exchanged along with few threats about reporting to the authorities that the return policy was not respected, Amazon finally agreed to refund.

I previously purchased a cheaper style of these (bluetooth, two ears, microphone) and thought I was onto a winner despite them feeling cheap and light. However you get what you pay for and after around 4 months they conked out. The Bluetooth connection was poor, the headphones had problems connecting and the battery wasnt great.

My main problem was regarding answering my phone using facetime on the computer. I could not dial out numbers with the headphones and often could not pick-up properly.

When looking for a new pair, there was an obvious gulf in the old ones (£30) and these at over £100. However having taken the plunge, I CANNOT believe how terrible the old ones were...and how good these are.

First things first, the connection to the computer is via a USB dongle, not direct via bluetooth. This is done easily and connects within seconds of turning the headphones on each time. A huge advantage is that they connect to your phone separately via bluetooth at the same time. This means that if calls come in, you can answer either on your computer or on your phone - massive advantage for someone working at a desk.

I use them for all calls including Skype, conference calls and Facetime video and sound quality is great. Each ear has good padding and will flex to your ears - very comfortable. Finally the microphone rotates round to sit infront of your mouth, it is magnetised so when you push it back up it clicks into the headset.

Really recommend for anyone who isnt sure about splashing out. The extra cost is well worth it for the bluetooth headset.

Do not buy this product. They are built to fail.
I bought these about 3 months ago. Initially they appeared very classy. They were easy to set up, comfotable and had good sound quality although i had contiuned issues with the on/off staus.
I have been very careful with them as they cost a lot of money. I used them this morning and all seemed good but this afternoon the mike headphone was hanging from a wire and spinning around. This then fell off completely. The comapny have built this in such a flimsy way that this is inevitable. Indeed, an auction site is selling a hundred broken ones for spares. There is no support around the most vulnetable and yet most important area of the headphones. I have wasted 149 pounds and feel i should inform people to not do the same.

Had these about a month before the wires inside between the microphone and the headset snapped causing the microphone to stop working. This was just with normal use with rotating the microphone to the upright position to store and then back down in use. Contacted Jabra who sent a replacement.

After 6 months the second headset broke. This time it appears the slide mechanism in the head band is made of tiny cheap plastic parts and these had snapped causing the left ear piece to drop out and dangle from the cable. All in all, given the cost of these things they are junk and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Also be aware that if you install the Jabra software to keep the firmware up to date, it will keep writing log files to your PC and after a few months you'll wake up one morning with no space on your hard drive.

I was hoping for better, but I did not find this device useful. I wanted it for GoToMeeting and skype calls on my Mac Mini and Macbook Pro, for connecting to 2 iphones and an iPad. I also wanted to be able to listen to music when in the office.

First off, the device feels flimsy. It did not sit well on my head, and the microphone did not clip back into place (this has been mentioned in other reports). It was hard to position the microphone. The on/off and bluetooth control is hard to reach while wearing it. It seems to connect to 2 bluetooth devices, but since it only announces "connected to 2 devices" it's hard to know which, and the instructions are so poor that if there is a way to tell I couldn't work it out. As far as I can see there's no way to switch between devices (says you're on a call on one device and another device rings, you can't switch.
I connected it to my Mac with the USB dongle. When using GTM, I selected Jabra as the device to use but could neither hear nor be heard. Same with Skype, although for some reason on the 3rd try it did work with skype, but then just kept dropping both my voice and sound. I also selected Jabra in the Mac settings - made no difference. I did manage to listen to iTunes, but the sound quality was terrible and it kept dropping.

Maybe mine had a fault, but I called the Jabra call line and they said as far as they could tell it was working. I sent it back and ordered a Plantronics UC Voyager Focus

The thing broke on me after less than 2 years. Right speaker started cutting off. I can only assume the a wire connection halfway broke. This is something that I expect would happen to a $15 pair of headphones after a year, not to a professional grade 100 quid set. It's also worth noting that the headset has been only used for meetings that I roughly number at around a 100 at an average of 50 minutes per over this 2 year span. I have now been using it for another year with the right side cutting off constantly. While taking apart electronics is usually not a problem for me, I've concluded that there's not easy way to gain access to the internals (to attempt a repair) without damaging the housing.

In defense of the brand: the Jabra Revo is the best pair of headphones I have ever owned. The brand makes some good thing, this is not one of them. At least not the model I got.

If you got this far and still want to buy it.
Battery life is ok, I was happy with it. Sound quality for conference calls is superb but poor for listening to music.
This thing is not intended for music & should not by judged by it.
Noise cancellation is kinda ok. Drowns a bit, leaving you to still be able to hear quite a bit of the office environment. This is a plus and a minus, depending on your needs. For me, I feel that this could have been better.

Warranty covers stuff like this for only 1 year.

These headphones were easy to use straight from the box. I wasn't sure whether to get the Microsoft ones since I mainly use MS Teams, but I went with the universal ones and they work beautifully with no problems at all. Great that you can get up, walk around, stretch etc. or pop into the room next door whilst in a meeting.
Comfortable to wear for many hours, good battery life and the quality of the sound is very good - according to those on the other end of the calls! Very happy with the purchase.
